Micro Spring & Presswork (MSP), a leading provider of precision engineered solutions, is delighted to announce that Kirolus has now joined the team full-time as a Sales Engineer.
This follows his successful completion of the Indutrade Graduate Scheme, a programme designed to nurture the next generation of engineering talent. Kirolus’s journey with MSP began a year ago, and his enthusiasm for engineering has been evident from the start.
“When I joined MSP a year ago, I was eager to dive into the dynamic field of engineering,” Kirolus reflects. “As a Sales Engineer, my role involved tailoring engineering solutions to our customers through digital engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing.”
From the outset, Kirolus set out to refine his technical skills, particularly in the aerospace sector, and make meaningful contributions to the team. His approach combined technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit, which quickly made him an integral part of MSP.
“Over the past year, I have been responsible for digital engineering tasks, including finite element analysis (a method used for predicting how a product reacts to real-world forces),” Kirolus explains. “One of my proudest achievements was demonstrating cost savings using state-of-the-art engineering software. Additionally, I earned a Bronze Level Certificate for supporting young people in the EDT project at Industrial Cadets and was recognised as a STEM Ambassador.”
These accomplishments highlight Kirolus’s commitment to both his professional growth and the broader community. His involvement in the EDT project and recognition as a STEM Ambassador underscore his dedication to inspiring and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
